This site allows candidates aspiring to migrate to Australia to create an account and post their details. The candidate profile will be viewed by RMAs (Licensed Resident Migration Agent's) and candidates will receive a free preliminary assessment from a qualified RMA. Candidates can also browse the list of RMA’s and post their resume directly to any agent they wish to for a free preliminary assessment.

The Auswork website also endeavours to link Australian employers interested in recruiting overseas candidates to fill in positions where there is a skills shortage with aspiring suitably experienced candidates.

It also allows the candidate to post any query related to work, education, living or immigrating to Australia. The queries will be viewed and responded to, confidentially by mentors, migration agents, employers or state/territory sponsorship authorities.
